Users contacting Glendruidh Ltd, either by phone, email or other means do so at their own discretion and provide any such personal details required at their own risk. Your personal information is kept private and stored securely, We do not sell or share your personal data to any 3rd party, and will only release data if required to do so by law.
If you choose to book with us direct we will need to gather relevant information in order to process your booking.
This will include names and ages of all guests, lead bookers address details, email and telephone number and any other information which you agree to provide in order to complete the booking process. Additional information will be required if you are booking transfers or transportation through Glendruidh Ltd.
If you choose to book with us direct we will also need to gather relevant information in order to process payment of your booking.
Within Glendruidh Cottage we maintain a visitors book to enable our guests to leave feedback if they wish to do so. If you complete the visitors book anything you write will be seen by other guests, owners and staff at Glendruidh Cottage. By completing the visitor book you also allow Glendruidh Ltd to share this information either on their website, or on social media. We will only ever use a guests first name when reproducing any comments written. Glendruidh Ltd reserve the right to remove any comments they feel inappropriate from the visitors book .
If Glendruidh Ltd collects any data from you it is only for the purpose of meeting your needs. We will only use any data provided for the purpose it serves. Only individuals who are permitted to access this data will use it and use it only for the purpose it serves. These individuals are aware of their responsibilities under the GDPR guidelines.
Should you wish to see what data Glendruidh Ltd hold about you on file (if applicable) or you wish us to delete data we hold, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your request. Please be aware that deletion of date may mean that we cannot process subsequent requests.
